Drove to Palm springs on Saturday 31st Of August. It was a darn long drive ! Stayed there for 3 days. Daytime was like being on the hot pan- 104-105 drees. Nights were a little less hot but would compensate by being humid. The only comforting place was atop the mountain (around 30 degrees less) . However when we got there we could not stay for long because my 2 kids started feeling uneasy.
